Apple Cake

Ingredients:

3.5 oz (100g) Unsalted Roros Butter – room temperature
3.5 oz (100g) sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
7 oz (200g) plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
6 oz (1.8dl) Buttermilk
zest from 2 lemons
apples
cinnamon and sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix butter and sugar until white. Add the eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix until completely combined. Pour batter into a greased cake tin and spread out evenly. Add apples, and sprinkle cake with cinnamon and sugar. Cook for 50-60 minutes.
